HMAS Anzac

     This photo shows HMAS Anzac, one of HMAS Sydney's escort destroyers, moving away from the Sydney after transferring some crew members and a small amount of stores. The crew and stores were transferred by Bosun's Chair while the two vessels were underway to Vung Tau in late April 1966.
     For the 5RAR members this occurrence broke the monotony of training drills, duties and boredom.
