'Taffy' Cheeseman 1966

Taffy holding a 7.62 SLR Rifle. He is also carrying an ARVN backpack which was a welcome replacement for the 37' pattern pack which was the original issue. The Australian Issued basic webbing was a combination of British webbing made in 1936 and American pattern webbing of a later date. Taffy served both tours with the battalion.
