105 Field Battery RAA 2nd Tour

Sometimes the six guns at the fire bases, were split into two sections, and three guns were moved to a secondary fire base to ensure that companies had artillery support at all times. FO (Forward Observer) parties from the battery were allocated to each company in the battalion, to call for and direct fire when required.
